Salmonella outbreak sickens 51 in Calif.

The /*Centers for Disease Control and Prevention*/ has yet to name all the states, but California officials are reporting at least 51 /*salmonella*/ cases since last week.

Officials warn you to be careful handling raw meat and to wash your hands frequently.

Symptoms from the illness usually last between four and seven days.
