Less free time may lead to unruly kids

Researchers found that children behaved better in the classroom when they had at least a 15-minute break during school, compared to those who did not.

The study in the journal '/*Pediatrics*/' found some overcrowded schools were forced to turn inside exercise space into classrooms to keep up with the No Child Left Behind Act.

Researchers found physical exercise then took a back seat to reading and math, and experts said that change may lead to unruly classrooms and poor socialization skills.
