Flooding shuts down L.A. intersection

A spokesman from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said a 12-inch water main broke just before 9 a.m.

Water service is out in the immediate area, affecting 50 customers, which consists mostly of businesses.

Workers from the DWP are on scene working to restore service and traffic. Service is not expected to be restored until late Monday evening.
