When officers arrived they found the four men shot. Witnesses said someone drove up and opened fire on the men as they were walking to a liquor store, and then fled the scene. No vehicle description was available.
Police say some of the victims, ages 16 to 33, were hit several times. All four men were transported to Pacifica Hospital.
