Public's help needed for missing woman

VICTORVILLE, Calif. Tina Marie Harris left her family's apartment on Seneca Road on Sunday afternoon to take a walk, but never returned.

She is 19 years old, but is said to have the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.

Harris reportedly takes medication two times a day for seizures.
