Dog dragged behind pickup survives

DOWNEY Bluebell, who is almost 2-years-old, has made an amazing recovery over the past ten weeks, treated for her injuries, and a skin condition.

The owner was bringing her to the shelter to be euthanized because of the skin ailment. He's now facing animal cruelty charges.

Nearly a $1000 in donations from the public has helped pay for Bluebell's treatment.
