Inland Empire urged to conserve water

RIVERSIDE, Calif. The Metropolitan Water District filtration plant will be shut down for maintenance on March 2 through March 7.

Customers with the Western Municipal Water District will be required to stop all outdoor water use during that time.

Eastern Municipal Water District customers are also being encouraged to cut water use.
