Authorities say Quezada, who is Valentin's boyfriend, fired five to 10 shots into the house, hitting a 7-year old girl. The victim is Valentin's niece.
Valentin's estranged husband was not at the house at the time.
Valentin and Carias have already been arraigned.
There's no word on the condition of the girl.
