Long Beach woman crushed between 2 cars

LONG BEACH, Calif. It appears she was checking the vehicle on the street when an SUV backed up and crushed her along the 100 block of East Del Amo Boulevard, near Long Beach Boulevard just after 8 p.m.

The name of the woman has not been made public as Long Beach police continue to investigate exactly what happened.

It's unclear whether there was a driver in that second vehicle, or if it slipped out of gear.
