Plea entered in Temecula mall murder

TEMECULA, Calif. Twenty-four-year-old Mickey Wagstaff allegedly committed murder on February 12 in a parking garage at /*The Promenade*/.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Elizabeth Amirian's feet were bound. She was found dead from multiple stab wounds inside a minivan.

A deputy on patrol allegedly saw the stabbing in progress, and took Wagstaff into custody after shooting him with a Taser.

Wagstaff faces allegations of special circumstances, that the murder occurred during the commission of a rape and a kidnapping. Wagstaff's not-guilty plea means he could face a possible death sentence if convicted.
