The /*Kittitas County sheriff's office*/ has identified the suspect as /*Robert Daniel Webb*/. They say his 9-year-old daughter, Meadow, was with him.
Webb was last seen Tuesday night in Yakima. Police say he's driving a 2008 silver Toyota Corolla with Washington license plates.
