Palmdale woman detained in baby's death

PALMDALE, Calif. Stacy Barker, 23, was booked for murder, and has a $1 millon bail. Barker told deputies last month that her daughter had been kidnapped and that Barker had been knocked unconscious in a brutal attack.

She later admitted she made up the story, and led investigators to her child's body, which was found in Sylmar.

She will be charged on Monday with the crime, and is being held at the Lancaster Sheriff's station.
