Tanker truck overturns on 405 South

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. All southbound lanes were blocked just north of the 101 Freeway for nearly seven hours as crews try to clear the road.

The tanker, carrying about 8,600 gallons of butane, crashed at about 11:25 p.m. Wednesday. The truck did not spill any butane, but crews had to be extremely careful clearing the wreckage.

There is no word on injuries yet.
