The court ruled that a federal law shielding gunmakers from lawsuits over criminal use of their products was constitutional.
However, the panel found a third company, China North Industries Corp., was not protected by the law because it was not federally licensed, and that lawsuit will be allowed to continue.
White supremacist Bufford Furrow killed one person and wounded five others in the shooting. He pleaded guilty and is serving life in prison.
