The /*San Bernardino Sun*/ reports Daniel Guebara and another man stopped by a house party on the morning of the hit-and-run and confronted someone inside the home. The other man allegedly began firing a gun and partygoers fled the scene. The paper says Jimenez was accidently hit by a van belonging to Jimenez's friends who were fleeing the party. Deputies suspect Daniel Guebara then deliberately ran over Jimenez with a Toyota Camry.
