At approximately 12:48 a.m. Thursday, the /*Rialto Police Department*/ received a 911 call. The caller reported shots fired in the area of the 200 block of E. Jackson Street. Police found a male victim on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the chest.
/*Rialto Fire Department*/ paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The victim's name has not been released.
At 1:30 a.m. there was a second incident. There was a stabbing at the corner of Jackson and Rialto Streets. Details on that incident and the name of the victim have not been released.
