/*L.A. County Sheriff's Department*/ investigators say Kall owns property in a remote section of Frazier Park. The drugs were found when local officials were investigating a power outage in Frazier Park and noticed the smell of marijuana.
Investigators discovered more than 1,000 marijuana plants growing inside the main house, garage and an outbuilding. No one lives on the property.
Kall was released on bail, but he is due back in court next week.
