Eviction attorneys and brokers with the bank have declined to comment.
Duncan, a former emergency room nurse in remission from cancer, has run the nonprofit ranch for 21 years.
She says she has refinanced three times to try to keep up with medical bills and animal care after being diagnosed with throat and tongue cancer in 2005.
A neighbor has offered to shelter the animals until Duncan finds a permanent home.
