L.B. museum fights to keep collection

LONG BEACH, Calif. The museum is facing a $3 million bond debt that's due in September.

There are now calls for a city takeover and the sale of some of the museum's most valuable works of art.

The museum currently houses 3,100 items valued at about $25 million.

A Long Beach city councilman says all options will remain on the table until the bond is paid off.
