Burglars posing as movers clean out home

ORLANDO, Fla. The Lamb family had recently moved into their new Orlando home, when they took a two-week vacation to Scotland. When they returned, they found the house completely cleaned out.

"My eldest came through the front door and was a little bit surprised when she put the key in the door and it opened itself," said Andrew Lamb. "Then my wife walked in and screamed, 'We've been robbed!'"

The thieves left almost nothing, making off with furniture, electronics, appliances, clothes, even the food in the cupboards. Police suspect the burglars did such a thorough job to make it appear as if they actually were movers. In fact, that's just what neighbors thought when they saw the trucks outside the house and men dressed as movers loading all the belongings into it.

For now, the Lambs are living in a hotel.

"We've got our whole lives here," said Lamb. "Well, we did have, and now we have nothing, absolutely nothing."
