65 arrested in S.D. county gang bust

SAN DIEGO Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Friday the arrests focused on weakening gangs in five cities across the county.

ICE spokeswoman Lauren Mack says agents arrested 39 gang members and gang associates.

She says agents also arrested 26 immigrants with criminal records who were found during the operation, which involved local law enforcement.
