Broderick, Parker show off baby girls

The couple released the first official photograph of their expanded family.

/*Sarah Jessica Parker*/ is holding daughter Marion Elwell Broderick, while her husband holds Tabitha Hodge Broderick , and big brother, 6-year-old James Wilke, looks on.

The twin girls were born last Monday at an Ohio hospital to a surrogate mother.
