Baby floats recalled for drowning hazard

The /*U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission*/ says the leg straps in the seat of the floats can tear, causing children to unexpectedly fall into the water.

The commission says there have been 31 reports of such incidents, but no reports of injuries.
