Man goes to council meeting in KKK hood

Wednesday was the second straight day the man, identified as Michael Hunt, wore the outfit to the council meeting.

Hunt refused the council's request to remove the hood, saying it was part of his First Amendment privileges.

Some council members said they intended to ask the city attorney about their legal options.
