Study: Fish can help keep brain healthy

A new study found that older adults who regularly ate fish were less likely to develop dementia.

Researchers think the brain benefits come from the omega-3 fats found in oily fish like salmon, mackerel and albacore tuna.

The findings are based on the surveys of nearly 15,000 people.
