Cal State students sue over raised fees

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. The students at /*Cal State San Bernardino*/ and /*San Francisco State*/ say when the system's board of trustees raised fees for the second time this year it amounted to breach of contract.

The complaint says because the school didn't warn students that the amount billed may not be the final amount, it broke the contract between the students and the school. Many students had already paid the initial bill before the hike.

The two students who filed the complaint say they want to represent all 450,000 CSU students.
