Study: Blood pressure may affect memory

If you aren't remembering things like you used to, you may want to stop blaming getting older or being tired and take a look at your blood pressure.A new study finds that people with high diastolic blood pressure were more likely to have memory and other cognitive problems.

The diastolic reading is the bottom number of your blood pressure measurement. Doctors define high blood pressure as having a reading of 140 over 90 or higher.
