RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. --
The Rancho Palos Verdes fire was started accidentally, possibly by an electrical problem, according to an L.A. County Fire Department official.The fire burned 230 acres and forced thousands of people to evacuate. According to the Daily Breeze, the assistant fire chief says the fire appears to have been accidental. He says it may have been caused by a power pole, but did not have any more details.
The investigation will continue on Thursday.
