Speeder wearing animal masks identified

PHOENIX He's been known to don a variety of masks including monkey and giraffe faces, as he speeds his white Subaru on freeways around Phoenix.

Officers say he's been caught on speed cameras 37 times, which adds up to $6,700 in fines.

Despite his best efforts, the speeder has now been identified as Dave Von Tesmar.
