CHP recommends La Habra cop be charged

LA HABRA, Calif. Officials say officer Nancy Garcia was going more than 60 miles an hour while assisting another officer in a pursuit when she ran a red light and crashed into a car.

The collision killed Charles and Susanne Antuna.

Antuna's daughter is questioning whether Garcia's patrol car had its emergency lights and sirens on.
