Police say the 17-year-old female victim was walking along the street when she passed a parked vehicle on the corner. That's when she claimed the suspect inside called out to her and offered her drugs.
She says he then lifted his shirt and exposed himself to her.
The victim claims she walked away.
The suspect, described as an Hispanic male, between 20 and 30 years old with a thin build and brown hair, was last seen driving west on Telegraph Road.
He was wearing a dark baseball hat and a white shirt, and he was driving a tan, newer model Nissan Altima with tinted windows.
