Off-duty cop helps catch ATM burglars

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif An off duty officer witnessed several suspects crashing a U-Haul truck into a store at about 1:30 a.m., pulling out the ATM and stealing the cash box.

The officer followed the suspects, calling authorities for help.

Whittier police and the CHP arrested four people after a pursuit that ended at Grand and Gage in Los Angeles.
