Crews quickly contain Calabasas fire

CALABASAS, Calif. The fire was spotted about 2 p.m. at the Gillette Ranch Facility near Mulholland and Las Virgines.

A number of homes were nearby, but none were threatened.

The fire burned about an acre of dry brush before crews were able to put it out.

It's still unclear what caused the fire.
