According to police, a man was sitting in a red Mustang in the parking lot of an office complex at 20101 S. Hamilton Ave. when a suspect walked up and shot the victim.
The victim was treated for injuries and transported to a hospital. The victim's condition was not released.
LAPD officers were on scene searching for a suspect Wednesday evening.
