The woman was on her way to meet her daughter for lunch.
After his arrest, authorities say Sakhi admitted to having done it before, but no one else has reported any incidents.
Sakhi is a martial arts instructor in Aliso Viejo and, according to authorities, has been arrested for similar crimes in 2004.
He was in jail Thursday afternoon on $10,000 bail.
