A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Hernandez's arrest and prosecution.
Another suspect is already in custody. 17-year-old Alfonzo Landa has already pleaded not guilty to murder. He is being held on more than $9 million bail.
Late last month, Andrew Garcia was being bottle-fed by his pregnant babysitter inside a car parked on Kittridge Street when police say an argument broke out between the child's father and one of the suspects. Shots then rang out.
Garcia was killed. The babysitter and a teenager were wounded in the shooting.
