Power plant test sounds off its sirens

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. Southern California Edison conducted a test for its emergency warning system. The test included parts of both Orange County and northern San Diego County.

In Orange County the sirens are located in San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano. In San Diego County the sirens are located in San Onofre and Camp Pendleton.
