'Dancing' stars gain skills, lose weight

Hollywood Wrap with George Pennacchio
LOS ANGELES Kelly Osbourne noticed it during the opening of last week's show.

"I looked and went, oh my god everybody's lost so much weight. I looked at Joanna and said, 'Look at us!' She was saying she hasn't lost, but firmed up. My boobs look bigger because my waist is smaller, and I'm loving it. It's the most amazing thing ever!" exclaimed Osbourne.

"My mom's like you're losing weight. No, I'm not losing, just getting a little smaller, tighter, firmer," said Krupa.

"He got a lot more muscles. Look, the six pack is coming through. Voila! This is not airbrushed. I didn't do any makeup. It's all real," said Karina Smirnoff, pointing to her partner Aaron Carter's stomach.

When asked what has changed with his already-fit body, Michael Irvin said that he feels a different sort of pain from when he plays football.

"I'm in good shape, but my body has a lot of aches from the game, from football. The body wasn't built to go as fast as it could then run into another body. When you get away from working out you feel the pains, my body's been feeling better lately, because I've been working out so much doing the dances, and I think that's how its' helped," said Irvin

When asked what's changed with her body, Mya said her eating habits have changed.

"I can eat whatever the heck I want, because I'm burning it off every day. I'm so happy about that. I'll be depressed when it's over, and I can't stuff my face like I want to everyday anymore," said Mya.

The seven remaining couples take the stage tonight, and all contestants will perform a number they haven't done before. They're also getting together for another competitive group number. They'll either be team tango or team paso doble.
