The ordinance comes after police reported a 25 percent increase in nighttime calls for service and parks and beaches this year. The ordinance goes into effect next month.

Laguna Beach sets up new curfew hours
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. Walking, jogging, diving and fishing will all continue to be legal any time of the day at beaches and parks. But you will be cited between 1 and 5 a.m. for any other activities.
