A 16-year-old boy is under arrest in connection with a shooting that left one man dead and two others injured near a fire station in San Bernardino. A second suspect remains at large.Investigators say the shooting happened during an argument on a street corner Tuesday night.

Nineteen-year-old Donzell Tate Jr. was killed and two other men were seriously injured. Police believe the shooting may have been gang-related.

Firefighters at a station across the street rushed to help the victims.

The suspect was arrested Wednesday. Prosecutors are considering whether to charge him as an adult for murder.
