Pomegranate spill ruins commute on 5 Freeway

STEVENSON RANCH, Calif. The California Highway Patrol said two trucks collided in southbound lanes, just north of the 14 Freeway junction, at 3:40 a.m. One of the trucks dumped its load of pomegranates, making a mess of the morning commute for drivers headed toward Los Angeles.
