Quintanilla and Dragna are accused of bludgeoning Nicholson to death with a baseball bat in his home. They allegedly left his body on the couch while they ransacked the house, stealing a laptop computer and a a cell phone.
One of Nicholson's co-workers discovered the body after Nicholson failed to show up for work on October 24.
Nicholson was the catering manager at the Hotel Laguna. The hotel's owner established a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of his killers.
Quintanilla is due back in court Wednesday for arraignment. Dragna is set to appear in court January 8th.
