NoHo hit-and-run seriously injures pedestrian

Detectives are asking for help in finding the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian seriously injured.It happened just before 7 p.m. Saturday at Blythe Street and Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood.

Investigators say a 43-year-old man was crossing Blythe Street when a dark-colored car hit him then drove off.

It's not clear if the victim was in a crosswalk.

The driver is described as a male Hispanic

He was driving an older model sedan, possibly a Toyota Corolla, with damage to the windshield.
