Detectives say two males and one female, in a brown Chevrolet van pulled up next to two men around 12:30 p.m. That's when someone got out of the van and opened fire hitting one man in the upper body and killing him. The other man ran away.
Police arrested Leonel Beltran, 19, Tuesday.
They don't think the teenager is the shooter. The other two suspects are still on the loose. Beltran is being held on $ 1 million bail.
