It asks concert goers, and all Americans, to lend a hand and get involved in some form of volunteerism. It's part of President Barack Obama's service initiative "United We Serve."
The video shows pictures of people working on homes, helping children and painting, and directs people to the Web site.
Volunteers from local non-profits will be on hand to answer questions. The video does not mention the president and will run at 30 concert venues in the U.S.
Obama launched "United We Serve" last summer.
