SOUTH EL MONTE, Calif. --
L.A. County Sheriff's deputies from the Temple City station were searching for armed suspects on the 2500 block of Edwards near Fern. A perimeter was set up around the area.A command post was established at Central and Klingerman. The neighborhood has been essentially shut down during the search for the suspects. One suspect was detained at gunpoint. Another was still at large.
The outstanding suspect as described a male Hispanic, between 25 and 30 years old, wearing a dark brown shirt and Dickies-brand pants.
