Route 330 closes, yielding to winter storm

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. The closure started Tuesday, and is expected to remain in effect for three to four weeks.

Caltrans say erosion from recent storms has damaged a culvert, leaving the area in need of immediate attention.

Motorists heading to Big Bear and Running Springs from the San Bernardino and Redlands area can still use SR-18/SR-38.

Caltrans says detour signs are posted and motorists should slow for the cone zone.
