Foulk is charged with 35 felony counts, alleging he molested one of his four foster sons from 1992 to 2004. He was fired from the hospital after his arrest.
Prosecutors say another dozen men claim Foulk molested them as far back as 1965 when they were boys.
The hearing will help a judge decide if there is enough evidence to go ahead with a trial. Foulk has pleaded not guilty.
