Levine sued Harrelson in June 2008, alleging the actor broke his video camera, choked him and ordered his bodyguard to attack the photographer during an incident in 2006 in Hollywood.
The Academy Award-nominated actor countersued for invasion of privacy and records show that case has also been dismissed.
