The fishing boat is named The Pacific Bully.
The Coast Guard and the Harbor Patrol both sent ships to lend assistance.
They also called in a salvage crew.
Lifeguards say pulling the ship back into the water is impossible.
They're going to have to wait until the next high tide at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
No word yet on why the vessel went aground.
